What's going on with out city? Everyday we hear of another shootout(some injuring or killing innocent bystanders). The illegal gun industry in Toronto is making murder a little too easy. Is there anything we as citizens can do to try and help rid the city of illegal weapons(without getting ourselves killed in the process)?
